She completed her undergrad with a Bachelor of Science in dance with a concentration in Physical Therapy at Drexel University, June 2014. During her dancing career Michele went through many injuries, which geared her to add Pilates in her life. Pilates helped her tremendously in her rehabilitation, freeing her from all her dance pains and also helped her find new and improve strength in dancing as well as in everyday activities. She completed her training through the Drexel Pilates training program and was classically trained in all apparatuses. Along with her history with Pilates, conditioning and working at different physical therapy clinics (Fyzical Therapy, Aquahab Physical Therapy, Onpointe Physical Therapy...) Michele’s main goal is to teach movement as a source of strength, healing and staying in a pain free lifestyle.

  • Diane Ross

Diane has been teaching in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is a certified AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, AFAA Personal Trainer, Ballet Barre Instructor, and TRX Trainer. She began her fitness career teaching aerobics classes (kickboxing, bodysculpting, step, cardio, boot camp, BOSU, etc...) and was hooked instantly. As a result, she decided to attain her Personal Training certification and later began taking classical Pilates classes. She found it strengthened her core, improved her posture and increased her flexibility. Inspired by the power of Pilates, she went on to complete the Power Pilates 600 hour Comprehensive Training Certification so that she could share the many benefits of Pilates with others. She loves being able to make a positive difference in someone's life both physically and mentally and looks forward to working with her clients and teaching classes. Joseph Pilates said, "You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions."

  • Ashley Walton

Ashley has been in the fitness industry for six years. After a decade in the medical field, Pilates has become her way of life. She graduated from Saint Joseph's University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. She then worked as a medical technologist in Blood Banking at both the American Red Cross and for the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Then she decided to help prevent disease and injuries instead of merely treating them. In 2013, Ashley completed her first Personal Training Certification. In 2014, Ashley received her Associate in Exercise Science, as well as several more Personal Training Certifications. During her early years as a personal trainer, Ashley was intrigued by the power Pilates has on the Spinal Column. After giving birth to her son in 2010, she had experienced more issues with her own scoliosis. Her height went from 5'2 and 1/2 to 5'1 and 3/4. With years of personal practice, Pilates brought back the missing 3/4 of an inch! She has also seen great decreases in her chronic asthma attacks. Pilates has helped Ashley's clients and students work through sports injuries and arthritis. New mothers have enjoyed watching their abs get back to normal. Ashley has now been teaching Pilates and Group Exercise for several years. She completed the Peak Pilates Comprehensive program to get a Classical understanding of Pilates. Ashley's classes combine her contemporary background as a personal trainer and her Classical training through Peak Pilates. She loves teaching basic Mat and Reformer movements with the contemporary addition of the Bosu and TRX apparatus. Ashley is so thankful to help members and clients grow taller, breathe easier and live better every day.

  • Roseann Williams

    Instructor

My fitness journey began when I was a child, my grandfather (a self-taught fitness guru) would take brisk walks with me on the beach, teaching me how to breathe correctly and make the most of my workout. He was also well-versed in nutrition and the mind/body connection. My desire to bring the health and fitness message and to give back led me to pursue my personal training certification as well as my yoga, Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, and strength training certifications. My motto is “Never Give Up!” I feel privileged to inspire and train clients at any level of fitness, walk of life, or physical limitations. I have trained pre and post rehabilitative clients who have had cardiac, hip, knee, shoulder, and back issues. My clients range in age from 15 to 87. I find that continuing education and continuous research/reading/learning is what keeps me at the top of my game and is what I find keeps my clients from experiencing fitness plateaus or stagnation. Essential to everyone’s fitness no matter the age or fitness level is a whole-body program. I integrate Cardio, Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Nutrition, and Relaxation into each customized training plan. I look forward to assisting YOU and being a part of YOUR fitness JOURNEY, helping you reach your goals while getting the body and mind YOU deserve!
